Letter from Co-Founder Garrett Brown
A decade ago, I co-invented this revolutionary new mobility and lifestyle device after watching my dear old dad and his pals struggling with walkers (awkward, slow, unsafe) and wheelchairs (a one-way ticket to not walking!).
I had just been inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame, and thought, ‘If I’m worth my salt we should be able to come up with something way better!’ For people challenged by disability, injury and aging, the Zeen is a ‘chair that gets up and goes!’ It does the lifting for you—from a comfortable seat up to ‘barstool mode’ — so you can hang out eye-to-eye with friends. And it’s a fast, safe way to get around — walking fully supported, or even coasting at effortless speeds that will leave your friends in the dust! There’s nothing in front, so you can cook, clean, drop down to tie your shoes or be lifted up to get stuff from high shelves.
The Zeen turned out really well! It was named one of Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2023, and our great customer service team is standing by to help you get the most out of your new Zeen and help keep you happily active.
